New Cherry Painting

"Cherries on Green", 6"x6", Oil on Board
I finally got this photo posted with the help of my son. As I mentioned earlier, I'm having problems with my camera. Hopefully, I'll get this issue resolved soon. I'm happy with how this small painting turned out. Let me know what you think? It's great to be painting again after giving the joints in my hands a much needed rest.

Very nice Jean!
The background color really makes the cherries pop.

Hi Jean,
I'm glad your hand joints are feeling better! I really like the reflections of your cherries, as well as the highlights...they look like I could pick them off the page. Really nice. :-) Looking forward to seeing more of your art in 2008.

Hey Jean,
I just wanted to make sure that you got my remarks about the slide show. Just visit my blog again where you made the comment, and I have given the instructions there. I know you will be able to get it up and going! Till next time...

Hello to my fellow New Englander, the Cherries look good enough to gobble.

Best,
Todd (from new Hampshire)
